Day 01
06:00am: Arrival at Chandigarh Railway Station, then transfer to Hotel for breakfast and freshnup, then board your vehicle to manali.
05:00pm: Arrival at our Manali Camp Jagatsukh situated at (5,800 feet) hight, Allotting of tents, Registration,
06:00pm: Tea & Light Snacks, After Tea Evening lecture on surroundings and knot practice, introduction about mountain and equipment. Briefing of the programme, Do's and Don'ts, Mountain manners, group formation.
09:00pm: Bone Fire and Dinner

07:00am: Yoga and Meditation
09:00am: Enjoy Delicious Breakfast
10:00am: Adventurous Activities (Rock Climbing & Rappelling) in Groups.
01:30pm: Lunch and Rest
03:30pm: Sports Activities (Kickball, soccer, softball, tennis, volleyball, more) in Group
05:30pm: Creative Arts (Arts & crafts – including painting, drawing, dance, dramatic arts, creative writing, singing, video production and more) in Group.
07:30pm: Motivational Activities (Listening and Observation Skill, Expressing Thoughts)
08:30pm: Rest

Day 03
07:00am: Yoga and Meditation
09:00am: Enjoy Delicious Breakfast
10:00am: Move to River side for Adventurous Activities (River Crossing, Flying Fox/ Valley Crossing) in Groups.
01:30pm: Lunch
03:00pm: Departure to Local Market and Then to our River Side Base Camp at Babeli. Check in camp
06:30pm: Creative Arts (Arts & crafts – including painting, drawing, dance, dramatic arts, creative writing, singing, video production and more) in Group.
08:30pm: Motivational Activities (Listening and Observation Skill, Expressing Thoughts)
09:30pm: Dinner
10:30pm: Light out

07:00am: Yoga and Self Defence Training
09:00am: Enjoy Delicious Breakfast
10:00am: Adventurous Activities (Burma Bridge, Tyre Swing, Balancing Rope, Ladder Swing, Bamboo Bridge) in Groups.
01:30pm: Lunch and Rest
03:30pm: Activities (Archery and Treasure Hunt) in Group
05:30pm: Creative Arts (Arts & crafts – including painting, drawing, dance, dramatic arts, creative writing, singing, video production and more) in Group.
07:30pm: Motivational Activities (Listening and Observation Skill, Expressing Thoughts)
08:30pm: Rest
09:00pm: Bone Fire and Dinner

Day 05
07:00am: Yoga and Self Defence Training
09:00am: Enjoy Delicious Breakfast
10:00am: After breakfast move to Bijli Mahadev Temple situated at top of the mountain with pack lunch, upto village chansri travel by car or bus and then TREK starts in between Oak Tree and Devdhar Tree, a Dense Forest and takes time approximate one hour and forty five minute. After reach there enjoy the beauty of nature and a very scenic view of entire Kullu and Manikaran Valley. After spending beautiful time with sweat memory back to our camp site.
07:30pm: Closing Ceremony with Bone Fire and Dinner
11:30pm: Light out
Day 06
07:00am: The programme will be concluded after breakfast, and goodbye from Camp. Board your Vehicle for Chandigarh (Lunch in Between)
08:30pm: Catch your Train for Ajmer from Chandigarh Railway Station.

Note: Those who are on special medication should bring their own necessary medicines. People having Asthma, Blood Pressure, Heart Problems or any high altitude ailments are advised not to participate.

The Programme schedule can be changed due to unforeseen circumstances. In case of any illness during the expedition, the expenses for medical treatment, travel and porter etc. are to be borne by the concerned individual. Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited during the camp. Schools Camp cannot be held responsible for any accident, illness or any unexpected events during the expedition. Primary medical facilities will be available wherever, possible. Participants will be presented with certificates only on successful completion of the expedition. During the expedition the decision of the Camp Director will be final and binding.
You should bring the following:
Your ID card, Cotton shirts, cotton pants, woolen pullover, jacket, muffler, woolen cap, cotton and woolen socks, trekking shoes, gloves, light towel, Flip-flop (chappalss), light rain coat or plastic sheet, sunglasses (other than blue color), torch with cells, water bottle, electoral powder, lunch box, sun block, Vaseline/cold cream, toiletries, needle with thread, ball point pen, a notebook, personal medical kit, soap etc.

- Accommodation in spacious and comfortable Alpine tents at base camp , ( 6 to 8 pax in a tent, ground bedding with mattresses, pillows and blankets ). There is a separate block of toilets and washrooms with running hot and cold water for male and female.
- Sleeping bags.
- A variety of wholesome hygienic vegetarian meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, Dinner).
- All activities as per the itinerary.
- Services of qualified instructors/ guides, cook, kitchen helper and mules/porters to carry camping equipment if logistics required.
- First aid kit with oxygen cylinder.
- Transportation to reach camp and back to your destination. However, arrangements of travelling can be made on request.
- Rail Tickets as mentioned above.

- Beverages or drinks of any sort, including soft drinks or bottled / mineral water.

- Any charges for a manual or helicopter evacuation, hospitalisation in case of a medical emergency or the like.
